Company Overview:

TastyUrban is a multi-brand food franchise. We work with internationally acclaimed Chefs to develop best in market delivery-first food concepts, which are licensed out to local restaurant partners. We are looking for a strategic and analytical Business Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning, developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth and enhance our competitive position in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, strategic planning, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of strategic projects
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to evaluate expansion opportunities, competitive landscape, and other growth opportunities
• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to the wider team, facilitating informed decision-making
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution

Qualifications:

• German and English Fluency is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, or corporate development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Experience in project management methodologies is a plus
• Hands on mentality and willingness to create workflows
