As a Finance Accounting Manager you will play a crucial role in our finance operations ensuring that our company runs at the highest possible level of excellence. You will be owing recurring tasks and operational projects together with our Senior Finance Manager and our Finance Team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including invoice posting, account reconciliation, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
• Actively participate in the insourcing of accounting functions from external tax offices.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code).
• Support tax compliance activities, including VAT declarations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assist the supervisor with internal and external reporting requirements.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with DATEV is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Workspace.
• Solid understanding of HGB and IFRS standards.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1) are required.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to work, combined with a solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and contribute operationally while maintaining a strategic perspective.
