This is a part-time hybrid position based in Berlin, Germany.

TastyUrban is a fast-growing multi-brand food franchise collaborating with internationally acclaimed chefs to create delivery-first food concepts. Our brands are licensed to local restaurant partners and thrive on platforms like UberEats and Wolt. With four unique brands in our portfolio, we are redefining convenience dining through innovation, creativity, and exceptional customer engagement.

As a Growth & Partnerships SDR, you will play a key role in expanding TastyUrban’s restaurant partner network across Germany. Your primary focus will be identifying, contacting and qualifying potential Host Kitchen partners for our virtual food brands.

You will support outbound sales activities, build strong restaurant relationships and contribute directly to the company’s growth by generating new partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call restaurants and hospitality businesses daily
  • Introduce and pitch TastyUrban’s virtual kitchen brands
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new restaurant partner leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers
  • Book meetings and generate partnership opportunities for the Sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Follow up with interested restaurant partners
  • Support outbound campaigns and pipeline growth initiatives
  • Provide market feedback to the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Represent TastyUrban professionally and communicate our brand values clearly

Qualifications

  • Strong German and English communication skills
  • Additional languages are a strong plus (Vietnamese, Arabic, Turkish especially valuable)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong interest in sales, partnerships, startups, or the food delivery industry
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, business development, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with the food, beverage, hospitality, or delivery industry is advantageous
  • Based in Berlin or surrounding area
