We are seeking a skilled FIS Quantum Business Analyst to support our Treasury Cash Management operations. In this role, you will own configuration design, manage cross-team dependencies and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions within the FIS Quantum platform.
- Own the design of configuration changes needed within Treasury's Cash Management system Quantum
- Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks
- Partner with consumers, business SMEs and source system teams to analyze, internalize and translate business requirements and source data
- Develop data requirements for upstream source systems, source to target mapping and data quality requirements
- Define processing requirements including business rules, aggregation and transformation
- Create user acceptance test cases and negative test scenarios
- Ensure solution integrity through user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Finalize disposition of solution for business as usual (BAU) acceptance
- Assist core system users as part of various support functions
- Resolve downstream systems issues
- Respond to internal and external audit requests
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with the FIS Quantum cash module
- Knowledge of BAI file imports, Payments and Cash forecasting modules
- Expertise in Treasury Cash Management system configuration
- Proficiency in source to target mapping, data quality and processing requirements
- Competency in user acceptance testing (UAT) and business as usual (BAU) acceptance
- Capability to manage inter-team and technology dependencies

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $140,000 - $172,000.
