EPAM is growing its Media & Entertainment industry practice, and we are looking for a Consultant to help expand our Digital Media Supply Chain (DMSC) practice. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, innovation, and business development.

You will work directly with content providers, broadcasters, sports organizations, streaming platforms, and live entertainment companies to translate complex media supply chain challenges into actionable technology and process solutions. If you are a builder who thrives in a fast-growing practice, is equally at home closing a deal and running a program, and brings deep expertise in how media content moves from creation to distribution, this is your role.

Responsibilities
  • Apply deep knowledge of digital media supply chain processes across content creation, production, post-production, distribution, syndication, and archiving to design solutions that address real operational challenges

  • Apply working knowledge of modern DMSC and AI tooling to design practical, scalable solutions
  • Analyze and stay current on industry trends (AI/ML in media, cloud-based media workflows, personalization, streaming platform evolution) and translate them into actionable client strategies
  • Lead and support engagements end-to-end: work planning, requirements documentation, stakeholder workshops, stakeholder management, solution design, deliverable ownership, and team oversight
  • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, providing alternative recommendations when needed to ensure objectives are met
  • Build trusted relationships with mid- to senior-level business and technology stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver client presentations, workshops, and written work products
  • Quickly assess client challenges and engage cross-functional partners to develop the right solutions
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively, with a clear sense of when to escalate to senior leadership

  • Support pursuit activities and contribute to EPAM's Media & Entertainment go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to EPAM's DMSC offerings, reusable assets, and accelerators
  • Contribute to EPAM's point of view in the Media & Entertainment space through internal communities, white papers, and external-facing content
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to raising the quality bar across the practice
  • Support recruiting, methodology development, and internal growth initiatives

  • Strong understanding of the M&E ecosystem, including content providers, broadcasters, live entertainment, sports, music, OTT/streaming platforms
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into technology and process solutions and communicate them to executive audiences
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading pre-sales activity, including scoping, proposals, and deal closure
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary consulting teams and managing delivery governance across complex programs
