We are seeking a Senior Murex MxTest Engineer to support testing and migration activities from Sybase to Oracle. The role focuses on test execution, automation, and EOD batch validation, with strong involvement in MxTest automation, Oracle data validation, and defect management.
- Execute test cases aligned to business requirements across multiple environments
- Create, enhance, and maintain MxTest automation scripts
- Support regression cycles and perform full EOD validation
- Run and troubleshoot EOD chains in QA environments using Tidal scheduler
- Debug test failures and batch execution issues
- Perform data reconciliation between Sybase and Oracle
- Manage defects using Jira and Zephyr
- Coordinate with environment teams across multiple environments
- Contribute to failure triage and execution optimization
- Adhere to testing governance and frameworks
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including SQL, performance, troubleshooting and data validation
- Proficiency in MxTest automation covering test creation, enhancement and maintenance
- Expertise in executing test cases aligned to business requirements and supporting regression cycles with full EOD validation
- Capability to run and troubleshoot EOD chains in QA environments using Tidal scheduler
- Strong debugging skills for test failures and batch execution issues
- Background in data reconciliation between Sybase and Oracle
- Competency in defect management using Jira and Zephyr
- Experience working across multiple environments and coordinating with environment teams
- Flexibility to work across different time zones
- Familiarity with the Murex platform
- Knowledge of Sybase to Oracle migration programs
- Exposure to automation frameworks and optimization of test execution
- Skills in building runbooks, knowledge repositories and test artifacts

Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000.
