We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Consultant to lead a high-priority marketing technology transformation for a prominent Investment Management client based in Texas.

The client is transitioning from a legacy, homegrown solution to a modern, enterprise-grade marketing suite. Having recently completed a successful Proof of Concept (PoC) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (CIJ), they now require a strategic consultant to guide them through tool evaluation, integration design, and best-practice implementation.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution while positioning EPAM as a strategic, long-term delivery partner.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Assessment: Evaluate the client's current sales and marketing automation processes. Identify gaps in journey management, campaign execution, consent/subscription management, and third-party integrations
  • Tool Advisory: Guide the client through the marketing automation platform evaluation and selection process, with a primary focus on MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys
  • Best Practices & Compliance: Provide expert-level guidance on marketing automation best practices, including sophisticated campaign design, customer journey mapping, and strict compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Architecture & Integration: Develop and present robust recommendations for tool implementation, data integration strategies (CRM, analytics, and enterprise systems), and change management
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with key client stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into actionable, structured technical requirements
  • Enablement & Adoption: Support the client's internal teams through the transition to ensure seamless tool adoption and measurable business outcomes
Requirements
  • Must have active, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) within the last two (2) years. Applications without this demonstrated experience cannot be considered
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience advising on and implementing marketing automation tools, ideally within the Investment Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services sectors
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on command of campaign management, multi-channel customer journey orchestration, and complex consent/subscription/preference management
  • Integration Skills: Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with broader enterprise systems (such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365 CRM, data warehouses, and analytics suites)
  • Consulting & Leadership: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, build trust, and deliver actionable, strategic insights
  • Problem Solving: A consultative mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical roadmaps

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000.
