As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will contribute to the validation of a next-generation financial services application used by millions of users worldwide. The product operates within a premium mobile and wearable ecosystem and processes highly sensitive financial data. You will work onsite in a secure, state-of-the-art environment, ensuring accuracy, security, and reliability of complex financial transactions.

- Perform end-to-end manual testing of native mobile and wearable applications (iOS, iPadOS, smartwatch platforms)
- Execute functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testing across multiple device types
- Validate complex financial logic, including credit card transactions, balances, interest calculations, and rewards processing
- Ensure real-time data synchronization, push notifications, and consistent state behavior across multiple devices
- Verify security and authentication flows, including biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID), secure payment processing, and PII protection
- Analyze defects and provide detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps, logs, and environment details
- Document pre- and post-UI behavior for complex workflows and maintain high-quality test documentation
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers in an onsite environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance on large-scale, high-traffic systems
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing of native mobile applications (iOS/iPadOS required; wearable experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience in fintech, banking, digital wallets, payment systems, or credit card processing platforms
- Strong understanding of financial transaction flows and data accuracy requirements
- Experience collecting logs and investigating backend issues using tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or similar
- Practical experience validating APIs using Postman or comparable tools
- Strong skills in writing detailed test cases, test plans, and test reports
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (B2+) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience testing digital wallets and NFC-based payment solutions
- Experience testing wearable device companion applications
- Familiarity with high-security environments and compliance-driven products

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000.
