We're looking for a Frontier AI, Alliances Senior Manager to join our strategic global team. In this role, you will develop and accelerate EPAM’s strategic partnerships with AI native vendors – including Anthropic and OpenAI. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how EPAM harnesses frontier AI, influence joint go-to-market strategies and build the partner ecosystem that positions EPAM as the implementation partner of choice for enterprise AI transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate the growth and strategic expansion of EPAM’s Frontier AI partner ecosystem (Anthropic, OpenAI and equivalents)
  • Lead partner engagements internally and externally, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and partner programme frameworks
  • Develop and sustain senior-level relationships with leadership at our partner organizations, as well as key senior EPAM stakeholders
  • Execute joint go-to-market strategies with Frontier AI native, translating fast-moving AI capabilities into concrete GTM offerings that accelerate pipeline growth and client acquisition
  • Collaborate with commercial, sales, marketing and consulting teams to deliver strategic initiatives that maximize joint business opportunities
  • Partner across teams to support co-created offerings and IP in the space of AI consulting, agentic engineering, security & governance – and drive these offerings into client accounts
  • Manage key performance indicators spanning partner programme tiers (e.g. Anthropic partner status, OpenAI solution partner metrics) alongside EPAM-specific alliance metrics
  • Represent EPAM at relevant partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and deepen stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate with operations teams to manage deal registration, ensure alliance compliance and deliver impactful business reviews
  • Track developments across the Frontier AI ecosystem – including model releases, partnership programme changes, and competitive moves – to proactively shape strategic direction and identify growth opportunities for EPAM
  • Define and manage partner-led commercial structures including credit programmes, API consumption agreements, and co-investment arrangements, coordinating with finance and legal to ensure commercial alignment
  • Cultivate an internal AI-native culture by championing hands-on use of frontier AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and others) within your own ways of working, setting an example for the broader alliance and sales community
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise technology ecosystems, partnerships or channel management
  • 2+ years of experience in AI, cloud or technology partnerships and alliances
  • Direct experience and established network within Frontier AI labs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to evidence an AI mindset: via previous professional use of AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or equivalent) and a clear ability to articulate how AI creates value for enterprise clients
  • Strong ability to operate within complex organizations and deliver results in cross-functional environments
  • Experience working in consulting-led sales or system integration environments
  • Advanced business development and relationship management skills, including pipeline and partnership growth execution
  • Excellent communication, presentation and executive influencing skills
  • Highly organized and self-driven; comfortable operating at pace in a market where partner programmes, AI capabilities and competitive dynamics change rapidly
  • Familiarity with how frontier AI capabilities - including large language models, agentic systems, and responsible AI frameworks – are being applied in enterprise businesses
  • Experience navigating fast-moving, pre-enterprise partner programmes with limited playbooks – requiring the ability to build structure where little exists

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $100,000-$140,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
