Shape EPAM’s frontier AI ecosystem and accelerate our enterprise partnerships.
As a Senior Manager of AI Alliances, you develop and accelerate our strategic partnerships with AI-native vendors, including Anthropic and OpenAI. In this high-impact role, you shape how EPAM Systems harnesses frontier AI, influence joint go-to-market strategies and build the ecosystem that positions us as the implementation partner of choice for enterprise AI transformation.
You translate fast-moving AI capabilities into concrete offerings that accelerate pipeline growth and client acquisition. By developing senior-level relationships and executing joint strategies, you orchestrate the expansion of our AI ecosystem and drive our capabilities directly into client accounts. - Orchestrate the growth and strategic expansion of our frontier AI partner ecosystem (Anthropic, OpenAI and equivalents)
- Execute joint go-to-market strategies to translate fast-moving AI capabilities into offerings that accelerate pipeline growth and client acquisition
- Develop and sustain senior-level relationships with leadership at our partner organizations and key EPAM Systems stakeholders
- Define and manage partner-led commercial structures including credit programs, API consumption agreements and co-investment arrangements
- Partner across teams to support co-created offerings and IP in AI consulting, agentic engineering, security and governance
- Manage key performance indicators spanning partner program tiers and alliance metrics, tracking deal registration and compliance
- Represent EPAM Systems at relevant partner events, executive briefings and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility
- Track developments across the frontier AI ecosystem — including model releases and partnership program changes — to proactively shape our strategic direction
- Four or more years of experience in enterprise technology ecosystems, partnerships or channel management
- Two or more years of experience in AI, cloud or technology partnerships and alliances
- Demonstrated "AI mindset" with professional use of AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and the ability to articulate how AI creates enterprise value
- Advanced business development and relationship management capabilities, including pipeline execution
- Ability to operate within complex, consulting-led sales or systems integration environments
- Understanding of how frontier AI capabilities (large language models, agentic systems and responsible AI frameworks) apply to enterprise business
- Experience navigating fast-moving, pre-enterprise partner programs requiring the ability to build structure where little exists
- Direct experience and an established network within frontier AI labs (Anthropic, OpenAI or equivalent) is preferred

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $100,000-$140,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
