Business Analysis Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to act as a subject matter expert within Accessibility Analysis.
You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
- Responsible for software development processes: Manage and supervise requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation and testing
- Oversee and document functional and technical requirements and create specifications
- Develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches
- Drive process performance improvement, diagnosing the problem, planning and leading the transformation
- Communicate and justify estimates for the client
- Utilize different software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work
- Responsible for creating detailed project work plans, managing activities and deliverables
- Responsible for providing feedback to team members and to client stakeholders by translating operational language into technical terminology
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Management Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Business Management, or closely related discipline; plus 2 years of employment experience in the job offered (Business Analysis Manager), Business Analysis Team Lead, Lead Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Product Owner, Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, Software Maintenance Engineer, Project Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager, Software Testing Engineer, Testing Team Lead, QA Manager, QA Engineer, or closely related occupation.
- Requirement management, including eliciting, analyzing, validating, formalization, and regulation of requirements in written format
- Creating and maintaining specification documentation
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- At least one of the following software development methodologies: RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban
- At least one of the following BA techniques/tools: SWOT analysis, requirement analysis, use case modeling, BPM, or mind mapping
- Modeling and analyzing business processes using at least one of the following modeling languages: UML or BPMN
