Director, Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Director, Project Management to act as a subject matter expert within Audio-visual Production.
You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
- Developing and managing the embedded business unit, including but not limited to improving structure, policies, workflow distribution, and goal setting
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating commercial proposals and initiating relevant project activities, including ramp-up. Coordinating with appropriate company's business practice units
- Managing the delivery of projects based on Fixed Price as well as Time & Material models
- Analyzing technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Mitigating possible issues, gaps and risks on a regular basis
- Ensuring that project development and maintenance activities comply with the company's standards and industry best practices as well as with customers' procedures
- Managing clients' escalations and acting as an expert point of evaluation of operations-related services
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Radiophysics, Management Information Systems, Economics, Technology Management, Enterprise, Banking, Management, Business Administration, Informatics, or closely related discipline; plus 2 years of employment experience in the job offered (Director, Project Management), Senior Project Manager, Senior Program Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Department Director/ Head of Department, Senior Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Business Intelligence Lead, Delivery Manager, Product Manager, Senior QA Engineer/ QA Manager, Testing Manager or Engineer, Software Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Executive Assistant, or closely related occupation
- Developing and managing the embedded business unit by utilizing at least one of the following business intelligence concepts/tools: Microstrategy BI, Crystal Reports, SAP CRM, or e-commerce risk management technique
- Managing project scope, changes, and delivery commitments using at least one of the following project management/ collaboration software: Confluence, Slack, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Git
- Utilizing at least one of the following data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI to provide actionable insights into business operations and strategies
- Utilizing Agile or Scrum in all phases of work
