We are seeking an experienced Director, Technology Solutions to act as a subject matter expert within Data Solution Architecture.
You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
- Oversee multiple regional and global projects and project teams, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the technical activities across geographically distributed delivery teams
- Take responsibility for the product software engineering, development and product architecture, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
- Communicate with clients to define specific product requirements, documenting design specifications, key entities and elements, data transformations and conversion
- In charge of several large programs and direct multiple projects/clients, bringing identifiable business benefits to clients through integration of technical activities both internally and externally
- Guide and mentor senior delivery managers and business consultants
- Resolve the most sophisticated issues and drive mission-critical technical discussions
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, Business Information Technology, or closely related discipline; plus 5 years of employment experience in the job offered (Director, Technology Solutions), Principal Solution Architect, Data Solution Architect, Solution Architect, Software Architect, Systems Architect, QA Architect, Security Architect, Data Architect, IT Architect, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, IT Manager, Software Developer, or closely related occupation.
- Utilizing MS BI and Enterprise Architecture to provide insights into business benefits to clients
- Analyzing resource needs, market demand, and assessing the feasibility of projects using at least two of the following: ASP.NET, Angular, Vue.js, Django, Flask, React, RESTful, SOAP, Node.js, Oracle, AWS, Sun Grid, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra
- Analyzing technology, plan, and assess the feasibility of projects using at least one of the following web application/programming languages: C#, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Scala
- Utilizing Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD in all phases of work
- Workflow and project management using Jira or Confluence
