- Build customer-facing product features with a UI-first approach using React and Next.js to deliver modern, performant experiences
- Implement and integrate backend APIs and microservices that power UI workflows and support reliable platform functionality
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to shape requirements into executable epics and lightweight prototypes
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and team knowledge sharing
- Support operational excellence through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring practices, and incident response as needed
- Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code to accelerate delivery without requiring AI specialization
- 5 or more years of experience building and supporting production software in a professional engineering environment
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend development, including React, Next.js, or comparable UI frameworks
- Solid REST API integration skills with foundational knowledge of distributed systems and microservices patterns
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases within production application environments
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies across the software development lifecycle
- Comfort incorporating AI-assisted developer tools into daily coding workflows to improve delivery speed and output quality

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $110,000 - $153,000.
