We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Energy Consulting to act as a subject matter expert within Technology and Business Consulting.

You will work in Newtown, PA and various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Provide management advisory and technology implementation services to clients in energy and broader commodities markets
  • Guide clients on optimal usage of energy-market software to enhance the performance of power-related processes
  • Support clients in achieving operational efficiency through customized software utilization strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive Business Process Optimization assessments focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial energy systems
  • Lead customization and extension initiatives for clients in the energy sector, enhancing system capabilities, and aligning solutions with business needs
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of ETRM systems, including Allegro and PCI, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and alignment with client requirements
  • Apply deep specialization in ERCOT, CAISO, and PJM markets to support implementation of commercial operations for North American electricity generation companies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems, Logistics Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or closely related discipline
  • 5+ years of employment experience in the job offered (Senior Manager, Energy Consulting), Business Consulting Manager, Business Consultant, Business Strategist, Project Manager, Product Manager, Contract Manager, Commodity Trading & Risk Manager, Senior Account Manager, Solution Architect, Environmental Engineer, Energy Trading and Risk Management Specialist, or closely related occupation
  • Experience in Trading and Commercialization
  • Proficiency with ION Allegro
  • Familiarity with PCI ETRM software
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Skills in Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience using Jira
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) and ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) platforms
  • Experience in business consulting and business process optimization
  • Skills in mapping, system configuration, design, and implementation
