We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Test Automation Engineer to act as a subject matter expert within Software, System, and Test Engineering.
You will work in Newtown, PA and various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
- Test software programs
- Be responsible for testing and quality control of software programs
- Provide high-quality functional requirement and specification review and analysis
- Create high-quality test documentation
- Create and customize manual and automated test plans and detailed test cases from requirements and technical documentation
- Execute automated test cases
- Analyze results of test cases execution
- Document software defects and report defects to software developers
- 3 years of employment experience in the job offered (Senior Software Test Automation Engineer), Software Test Automation Engineer, Software Testing Engineer, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, QA Test Automation Engineer, Developer, or closely related occupation
- At least one of the following: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, Swift, or Kotlin
- At least one of the following testing tools/frameworks: Appium, Cucumber, Pytest, Rest Assured, Selenium, or JUnit
- At least one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Using Docker or RESTful environments to increase test coverage while ensuring application functionality, integrity, and consistency
- Using Git, Jira, or Confluence to document software defects in a bug tracking system and report them to software developers
