TILT was founded in 2021 by former early members and heads at Revolut. We are backed by the same people who funded and built some of the world's best technology companies. About The Role

You will be joining the Business Operations team and will play a pivotal role in building TILT. You'll help take our company from 0 → 1 and since we are pre-product, this will be an open playground for you to produce high-impact work and tackle a variety of new problems that directly reach our users.

What You'll Be Doing

On our Business Operations team, you will use your skills to solve issues, create value, and maximize growth for business owners. You will identify options for the organization, make recommendations, and implement solutions. Primarily, this involves securing various partnerships and ensuring we hire the best people. Expect a variety of work as this will involve:

• Working closely with the founders to innovate and challenge the norm
• Growing the company by creating many valuable partnerships
• Building scalable processes to prepare the company for hyper-growth
• Collaborating cross-functionally to develop an end-to-end understanding of the business and facilitate creative thinking throughout
