Tilt 🛸

Tilt isn’t just a marketplace. We’re building the next century of shopping—making it feel human, communal, and alive again. E-commerce has spent decades optimizing for clicks, stripping away the trust, joy, and connection that once made shopping meaningful.

Today, we are the UK's biggest live shopping platform and we've got our sights set on the world. We raised an $18m Series A, which we're using to rapidly grow and hire A-players to join our mission.

More about us:

Your Mission

As Head of Engineering, you’ll lead the technical evolution of Tilt’s core platform and infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for defining our engineering strategy, leading re-platforming initiatives, and preparing the organisation for the next generation of video and AI-powered innovation. You’ll shape a modern engineering culture rooted in velocity, quality, and autonomy—one that empowers teams to build delightful, performant experiences at scale.

This is a high-impact, executive-level role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Tilt’s future, both technically and culturally.
