Your Mission 🫵

You’ll be on the front line of Tilt, helping creators and sellers go from “I’ve never streamed before” to “I just sold out my first show.”

As a Creator Experience Associate, you’ll lead onboarding sessions, host live workshops, and be the on-site point person for new creators joining Tilt. You’ll make every session feel inspiring, fun, and professional.

This isn’t a background role; it’s hands-on, social, and full of creative energy.

What You’ll Do 🚀

• Lead or assist in Tilt’s seller live streaming workshops & training

• Help new sellers set up lighting, audio, and streaming gear

• Teach them the storytelling, presence, and flow of great live selling

• Be the on-site face of Tilt during sessions, welcoming, guiding, and motivating

• Capture highlight clips or testimonials from sessions

• Work closely with Tilt’s partnerships and operations team to make each seller's stream great

Please note:

• This is a part-time role that will require leading up to 8 training sessions per month. You will be paid per session.

• We cannot sponsor a visa for this role, so you have to hold the right to work in the UK.

Who You Are 📋

• Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking to small groups

• Have experience creating content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, or livestreams)

• Great eye for visuals, you know when something looks right

• Fast-moving, organised, and love taking ownership

• Curious, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out on the fly
