About Tilt 🛸

Tilt’s mission is simple: Make Commerce Alive.

From static store website builders to impersonal marketplaces, today's ecosystem is ageing fast. It was built for transactional experiences, not for the new generation of merchants who grow through attention, community and personality.

In the UK alone, millions of shoppers, from sneakerheads and Y2K girlies to collectors and parents, have signed up to Tilt. Our platform has helped sellers go from zero to £1M+ in earnings, and hundreds more earn above the UK median income.

And we are just getting started.

Your Mission 🫵

As one of the first product leads to join Tilt, you will take over various products and be responsible for the roadmap and execution, which covers everything from research, planning, building, launching, marketing, analysis and more. Consider yourself a mini-CEO with a cross-functional team tasked to ship ultra-high-impact products.

What You'll Do 👷

  • Own the product end-to-end, which includes ideation, planning, development, launch, growth and maintenance

  • Create roadmaps, goals, and success metrics to align with Tilt's mission

  • Utilise SQL and other in-house data tools to dive deep and shape the product

  • Join technical and design discussions to address approaches and requirements

  • Directly manage your cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, etc.

Requirements 📋

You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless and ego-free problem-solver excited to build the future of shopping. Additionally:

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering scalable, impactful mobile products from scratch

  • 3+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies, startups, or industries like mobile games, eCommerce, travel, or fintech

  • Strong analytical skills, using data and market insights to inform decisions and optimise performance.

  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and a keen eye for exceptional product experiences.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for aligning stakeholders and driving product vision.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating a hands-on, results-driven approach.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.

Why Tilt 💫

  • You’ll be joining a mission-driven team backed by world-class investors (TechCrunch)

  • You’ll own meaningful systems from day one, with real scope and autonomy

  • You’ll work alongside curious, kind, and wickedly smart teammates

  • You’ll help redefine how millions of people shop online
