As Enterprise Sales Executive for Public sector you will develop existing and new customer relationships in Romania.

You will be part of our Enterprise sales team, working with UiPath's largest accounts in the region. It's a team of experienced, entrepreneurial and high-energy software sales professionals. They work every day with C-level executives and business leaders, through to heads of process improvement and, of course, automation. They deliver business and individual value at client organizations.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory

Extensive experience in solution/value selling in a SaaS environment within the public sector

Fluency in the English and Romanian, both written and spoken
\n
Successful quota attainment YoY, growing an enterprise client portfolio, through new business acquisition as well as through account expansion
\n
Track record of success in driving consistent activity (8+ meetings per week) and pipeline development
\n
High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence internally and externally
\n
Ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
\n
Data-orientated approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance
\n
Use of MEDDPICC sales methodology to ensure accuracy
