Your Mission

At UiPath, a global leader in robotic process automation (RPA), we are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect, with a specialization in either Banking/Financial Services or in Healthcare, to join our team. As an Enterprise Architect at UiPath, utilizing your deep understanding of the customer tech stack and common initiatives across the industry, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, architectural leadership, and sales support for the design and integration of UiPath solutions in customer environments. As an Enterprise Architect at UiPath, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to design and implement UiPath solutions that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and digital transformation. You will provide expert guidance in aligning technology strategies with industry business objectives, ensuring optimal integration and utilization of the UiPath platform. Your role will involve working with sales teams to showcase the value proposition of our integrated solutions, addressing customer requirements, and driving successful outcomes.


What you'll do at UiPath

 

  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for integrating UiPath solutions.
  • Stay aligned with industry trends and developments relevant to the assigned industry vertical team, providing insights and recommendations on how UiPath solutions can address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in architecting and designing UiPath solutions that address customer needs and maximize the value of the platform.
  • Lead the creation of solution blueprints, technical designs, and integration strategies for UiPath implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales activities by delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to showcase the benefits and capabilities of UiPath integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of UiPath solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in automation technologies to drive innovation and provide thought leadership.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with UiPath product management and development teams to provide feedback and insights for product enhancements and improvements based on customer requirements and experiences.
  • Participate in industry conferences, events, and user groups to network and share knowledge with peers and stay current with industry best practices.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in enterprise architecture, design, and implementation, with a solid understanding of UiPath or other automation platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of the Financial Services / Banking or the Healthcare technologies, architectural designs, and common technology initiatives
    • Experience with vendors and platforms in Banking/ Financial Services in these areas: Investment Management Systems, Banking Systems, Payment Processing Systems and Risk Management Systems
    • Experience with vendors and platforms in Healthcare in these areas: expertise with EMS, EPIC, etc.
  • Nice to have - In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules, as well as SAP integration technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences internally and with customers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in SAP architecture and UiPath RPA are highly desirable.

Pay Transparency

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $195,375 and $293,063. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
