Your Mission

The Manager, SEC Reporting acts as a champion of excellence in external reporting, collaborating within finance and cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy, regulatory compliance, timeliness, clarity, and style of UiPath’s public financial statements and disclosures.


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Draft and maintain support for public filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
  • Communicate regularly with accounting function to ensure that transactions are captured appropriately in the financial statements and related footnote disclosures
  • Research accounting treatments and disclosures and maintain awareness of evolving accounting guidance.
  • Work closely with investor relations function on the preparation of quarterly earnings materials and investor decks
  • Maintain monthly accounting for stock-based compensation and collaborate with benefits, legal, and tax teams on equity-related matters
  • Prepare quarterly equity roll-forward and calculate EPS denominators
  • Communicate with internal and external auditors on matters related to financial reporting
  • Assist in preparation of proxy statements
  • Tackle other ad-hoc finance projects, including benchmarking and analyses, as needed

What you'll bring to the team

  • CPA
  • Degree in accounting or finance
  • 5+ years of public/private accounting experience, including 1+ years in an external reporting role at an SEC filer
  • Strong technical accounting skills and working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, including ASC 260: Earnings Per Share, ASC 505: Equity, and ASC 718: Share-based Payments
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building relationships at all organizational levels

 

Preferred qualifications

 

  • Experience with Workiva/Wdesk and iXBRL
  • Familiarity with Morgan Stanley Shareworks

Pay Transparency

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $131,200 and $196,900. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
