Your Mission

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Head, Oil &Gas, EMEA you'll enable build a credible industry strategy & drive a go-to-market plan and execution to ensure UIPath’s relevance and growth within the industry sector.


You will be able to engage at C-level, articulate the value of our solutions and relevance and build strategic deals across EMEA. You'll accelerate UiPath’s growth with our most strategic enterprise customers.


We are seeking high-performing candidates with a strong background in Enterprise Software, detailed industry experience, excellent commercial acumen, and a passion for automation solutions. 

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Work with our values at the core of everything you do: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast.
  • Develop a strategy for growth and customer penetration/extension, driving automation and mindshare at scale across stakeholders and in particular to C-level.
  • Identify new opportunities within our existing and prospective strategic customers and engage meaningfully with C-level and Executive decision makers.
  • Drive success against industry sales targets.
  • Align internal resources to execute successful growth in the industry.
  • Drive thought leadership and mindshare around the industry.
  • Ensure continued pipeline growth and related activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within UiPath, to drive positive customer outcomes and improve customer satisfaction..
  • Weave together solutions that are translated into customer centric value propositions for the O&G/Healthcare industry segment.
  • Intimately understand your customers business to be able to explore automation opportunities.
  • Understand our solution, and competitive solutions, to be able to articulate and demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
  • Open executive relationships and credibility for UIPath within the industry.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and goals (ensuring the 3 pillars budget or better every quarter, balanced linearity “60 in 60”,  CQ & CQ+1).
  • Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure we meet targets and achieve high performance.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to foster and accelerate growth.
  • Analyze market trends identifying opportunities for growth and make recommendations to senior management to improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to remain competitive in the market.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Ability to influence, contribute and collaborate with a wider team to drive impact.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally. 
  • Proven track record of delivery against targets. 
  • Experience in positioning through to deal closure with both Business Decision Makers and IT decision Makers. 
  • Customer-centric point of view - you'll be passionate about how technology can help customers transform and how we build value propositions. 
  • Demonstrate an ability to work at a CXO level, understanding the complexities that are inherent in very large customer organizations.
  • Driven, proactive, and extremely comfortable with setting a fast pace around how you and your team operate..
  • Challenge the traditional status quo of IT Sales.
  • ‘Make it happen’ attitude.
  • Rigorous and diligent in how you operate and deal with clients.
  • Inquisitive and creative mindset.
  • High social IQ and self-awareness.
