Your Mission

UiPath is looking for a Business Development Representative to create new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers while outbound prospecting with the Enterprise Sales Executives to drive new logo generation.

 

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and prospecting into new accounts proactively. You'll use your communication skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects, from first touch and initial conversation to setting up the first meeting for Sales.  

 

You'll also adhere to clearly defined SLAs around speed to lead and number of touches to ensure timely follow up of all leads generated by Marketing. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

 

Ultimately, you'll boost the pipeline and sales while contributing to our long-term business growth.


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Generate qualified meetings for Field Reps through cold calls, emails, video, LinkedIn inmails etc. and strategic campaigns.
  • Support the development of value-based “sales plays” focused on specific industries, stakeholders and products, and involve the ecosystem to improve impact (partners etc.)
  • Programmatically segment the market and focus your efforts based on highly impactful sales plays and take ownership of developing demand.
  • Responsible for prospecting & pipeline generation
  • Ensures adherence to SLAs around speed to lead and number of touches to ensure rigor in the process of lead qualification.
  • Understands the relevant context (business, industry, value-drivers) to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Represents the UiPath product portfolio and competitive positioning that drives value for the customer.
  • Identify client’s needs and suggest an appropriate solution.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Account Executive
  • Work with the sales & marketing teams pro-actively to ensure high-impact focus areas and messaging.
  • Report to the SDR Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) results
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and our pricing model

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or related field
  • 6+ months of experience in a sales or business development role (internship experience is counted)
  • Fluent in English and French; fluency in other languages is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Exposure/experience with Salesforce and other tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator or 6sense is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
