What you'll do at UiPath

As Director of GTM Sales Plays  programs you will lead cross-functional efforts across Marketing, BDRs, Partner and Sales Teams to ensure we have an efficient Sales Play Funnel across all the different channels. The Director GTM Sales Plays will be a leader that thinks strategically and is able to convert into actionable plans that ensure we maximize ROI from play initiatives. 

Some of the initiatives you will lead are: 

  • Drive cohesive end-to-end Sales Play Strategy across all the different teams that impact from Lead to Opportunity Conversion. 
  • Develop detailed and cohesive Sales Play Plans across all stakeholders and present it to leadership teams. 
  • Coordinate, lead, and ensure we have a data driven approach and the right KPI framework across all the stages of the funnel. 
  • Work with IT and Product organizations to have the right tooling to make the operation efficient across Customer Facing Teams. 
  • Work with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement organization to make sure we have the right assets and enablement programs  
  • Define, Prioritize and Structure Sales Plays and Programs  

What you'll bring to the team

  • Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management or related field 
  • +10 years in Management Consulting or Technology Sales. 
  • +5 years experience in GTM project/program management, Sales Operations and/or consulting 
  • Experience in Demand Generation across Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Demand Gen organizations. 
  • Experience communicating with C-Level executives stakeholders and driving GTM programs from design through delivery 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate complex organizational conversations 
  • Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude, conceptual and analytical skills, with demonstrated outside-the-box problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to effectively engage and work within a global team, listen to multiple stakeholders, and balance expectations 
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies 
  • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment, or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred

Pay Transparency

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $147,750 and $221,625. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
