Your Mission

UiPath has a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of our fastest growing markets as a Philippines Country Leader, building and developing the country GTM along with a strong team.

 

You will be executing strong sales growth strategies whilst focusing on delivering a phenomenal customer experience.

 

As the Director, Enterprise Sales Leader for the Philippines you will focus on not just crafting and implementing the strategic plan for growing UiPath footprint and overall sales, but also to collaborate and develop deep, strategic relationships with our Enterprise C-Suite customers as well as our Partner ecosystem. 

 

We’re looking for a leader to drive a culture of excellence through collaboration, effective change management and ability to set structure and process to maximize business revenue.


What you'll do at UiPath

  • As the Sales Leader you will be ensuring collaboration across all business functions for the Philippines.
  • You will be driving all strategic sales activities including Forecasting, Weekly meetings, Presenting to both customer and internally for QBRs, Business Planning, Pipeline reviews, Customer review, budgeting, and HC review.
  • Team leadership including coaching and developing, account planning, quota and target allocations, mentorship and closing large scale complex deals as well as attracting talent as we grow the revenue base of the market.
  • Providing your Industry knowledge and business acumen to help achieve revenue targets by enhancing the UiPath message across the end-to-end platform for enterprise customers.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 10yrs + proven successful enterprise sales experience - building and driving a team of sales professionals where you have led from the front across enterprise customers.
  • Strong network of C Level executives who you can help UiPath expand its footprint within the top strategic accounts and conglomerates in the Philippines.
  • Exemplary experience building a team and developing a strong cultural alignment between different business units.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills as well as a methodical approach to a business that is going through ambiguous times but can stay on focus and task.
  • Fluent English required, Tagalog would be highly beneficial
  • Note: this role will be based in Singapore
