Your Mission

As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Sales Specialist you will be the sales engagement lead in these solution areas – Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Comms & Task Mining, Clipboard AI and others – integral to our “Making AI Work” strategy. You will help demystify the hype in the AI area and establish credibility from the first meeting through the quality of questions you ask and relevant ideas you share. You will focus on business value and quickly building relationships with customers and prospects. You are an energetic self-starter and an exceptional communicator, at all levels of the customers and your own organization. You have strong customer empathy and the ability to build a compelling joint vision combined with a strong business case that aligns with the customers key priorities.


You’re emotionally and socially intelligent and thrive in a competitive environment. You see the value of team work and are quick to share new insights, messaging and anecdotes with the specialist and wider sales team for mutual benefit. You understand the value of story-telling and are adept at communicating complex technical subjects in a clear and compelling business-focused narrative.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Proactively create and drive incremental AI/ML sales pipeline from a focus set of accounts in your defined geographical territory.
  • You will be working with large enterprise customers. Solution selling and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders involved - both internally and at the customer side
  • Highly structured mindset, approach and account planning skills
  • Continually update knowledge and be able to articulate our competitive differentiators from both hyper-scalers and boutique AI/IDP competitor   
  •  Build relationships and joint go-to-market plans with key system integrators, technology partners and delivery partners
  • Provide support to sales executives and sales leaders to prioritise focus accounts, based on your experience and research, and contribute to overall account plans for broader Business Automation Platform engagement.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Enterprise software sales experience (6+ years) and a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
  • A deep understanding of AI, ML and IDP markets and solutions
  • Ability to become productive quickly through a customised and practical induction process, as well as operate in a dynamic environment as part of an exciting hyper-growth organization
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Nice to have: Proven experience with program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure successful sales pursuits
  • Fluent Korean
