Its latest €100m fundraising round (Series C) was led by Hedosophia and Sapphire Venture, with continued support from existing investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Motive Ventures, and Notion Capital.
We currently employ 200+ people across Europe with our headquarters based in Berlin, Germany, and hubs in Tallinn, Estonia, and London, UK.
Your mission:
The Growth team at Upvest is driving our go-to-market activities, spanning across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. RevOps acts as the key enabler, scaling our revenue generation by ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience across teams.

As Upvest enters the next stage of growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven RevOps Manager to join us. As a RevOps Manager at Upvest, you will be vital for driving predictable revenue growth across multiple go-to-market motions.
All our team efforts are centred around the client and give you the opportunity to work with high autonomy coupled with inspirational leadership. You will work directly with our Senior RevOps Manager Julian Bumiller owning the strategy, processes, data, and technology that operationalize our go-to-market motions into a seamless client journey, hence directly impacting Upvest’s business trajectory.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
Data analytics & strategy input: Turn GTM data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions, drive pipeline performance, and power cross-team alignment, from day-to-day execution to board-level reporting.
Client journey and Growth operations: Design and improve a frictionless, end-to-end client journey. Own the playbooks, handovers, and systems that keep our GTM teams running in sync, and make sure our day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Predictability and repeatability: Develop and standardise compelling sales touchpoints and materials to bring our revenue generation to the next level.
Deal desk & pricing strategy: Shape our pricing strategy with Finance, enabling our team to close high-value deals with speed and confidence. Streamline approvals, own the contracting flow, and align incentives through a well-structured commission framework.
Team enablement: Help us build a world-class Growth team. Support hiring, deliver impactful onboarding, and run training workshops and simulations that keep the team learning and levelling up. Foster a strong team rhythm with habits that build connection, learning, and fun.
What you bring:
Experience: You have 1-2+ years of experience in RevOps-related roles (ideally within investments, banking, or wealth), preferably in a B2B setup and working with API-based products. You are comfortable with CRM systems, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
Industry Exposure: You have a strong interest in investments, securities trading, and software-/infrastructure-as-a-service products (e.g., BaaS).
Methodologies & Processes: You have hands-on experience in standardizing and optimizing sales processes, guided by sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), and apply them practically in a results-driven way.
Project Management: You proactively drive complex projects to successful outcomes while making execution efficient and straightforward for others.
Mindset: You are eager to learn, approach challenges in a data-driven manner, and solve problems with a bias to action and attention to detail.
Location: Preference for candidates located in Berlin, fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
