Location: Remote (Part-time)

About the position:

  • This is a part-time, fully-remote role (approximately 20 hours per week)
  • We do offer B2B Contract

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Take charge of our LinkedIn and YouTube channels, working with the communications team to plan and execute a social media calendar that creates engagement.
  • Generate fresh content ideas that tap into the latest trends and elevate our brand.
  • Cooperate closely with our Content Manager, Events Manager & Product Marketing to inform your social media calendar.
  • Execute on the social media calendar: write posts and team up with our designer to pick visuals that pop (no design skills needed, just a keen eye).
  • Set clear KPIs, track performance, and deliver reports that show what’s working and what needs tweaking.
  • Think big and bold to come up with ideas for posts, memes, reels and videos that will resonate with our target audience.
  • Your focus is on boosting engagement and reach, not generating leads—this is about building a brand people love.
  • For this role we do not require skills in paid advertising or graphic design.

Who are you?

  • You’ve got at least 2 years of experience managing social media, especially LinkedIn, for enterprise B2B companies.
  • You’re a fluent English speaker with a knack for writing content that connects.
  • You’re organized, a natural project manager who can juggle multiple tasks and work well with others.
  • You’re data-driven, always looking to improve based on set goals.
  • You’re a self-starter who can take charge of our social media from A-Z with the right guidance and support.
