As a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) at Miss Moneypenny Technologies, you will be the key link between our clients’ digital engagement strategies and Wallet Studio.
You will manage the implementation and rollout of Wallet Studio across complex enterprise environments, while acting as a strategic advisor and technical partner to ensure seamless adoption and measurable customer outcomes, resulting in your clients expanding their business with us.
What You Will Do
Lead Enterprise Implementations: Manage the complete lifecycle of Wallet Studio rollouts with our B2B clients.
Act as Trusted Technical Partner: Serve as the main advisor for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing success with Wallet Studio.
Drive Strategic Project Delivery: Establish clear project governance structures, define success metrics, and manage execution timelines across multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solution Consulting teams to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
Manage Multi-Stakeholder Dynamics: Facilitate structured communication and alignment between technical, business, and marketing teams within large organizations.
Optimize for Customer Success: Conduct regular solution health checks, identify optimization opportunities, and proactively address risks to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and expansion.
Represent MissMP Professionally: Act as a confident ambassador for Miss Moneypenny Technologies remote and on-site in both English and German contexts, reinforcing trust and credibility.
What You Bring
Experience: 3–5 years in a customer facing role like Technical Consultant, Software Project Manager, or Technical Customer Success Manager.
Wallet & Digital Experience Expertise: Familiarity with digital wallets, mobile engagement, or marketing technology ecosystems is a strong plus.
Technical Fluency: Ability to understand API-based products, data flows, and integrations translating technical concepts into clear client outcomes.
Client-Facing Excellence: Skilled at managing senior-level relationships, aligning complex priorities, and delivering with confidence and empathy, while feeling comfortable also with commercial interactions.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep motivation to drive measurable business impact for enterprise clients through technology adoption.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German (C1-C2); native-level, proficiency in an additional language, such as Spanish, is a plus.
Tools & Methods: Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools; certified or trained in Scrum/Kanban preferred.
Adaptability: Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve rapidly.
