Backed by top-tier investors (Earlybird, b2venture) and growing faster than a dad joke at a Monday all-hands, we're looking for Junior Account Executives (f/m/d) who want to learn enterprise SaaS sales from the ground up, with AI as an integral part of how they work every day.
What You Will Do
Run your own deals
You own deals from outreach to close. You start where our playbooks are strongest, and as you grow, so does the scope of what you sell and to whom. You are not shadowing someone else's pipeline. You are building and closing yours.
Sell where we know how to win
You sell into our established customer segments, where product-market fit is proven and our playbooks are strongest. Your job is to win where we already know how to win, and to get exceptionally good at it. Exploring new verticals or building go-to-market strategies for uncharted markets is not part of this role.
Work alongside founders on complex deals
On larger, more complex opportunities, you work alongside founders and senior leadership. How much you own depends on the deal and on you. You learn enterprise complexity by being close to it.
Build pipeline through disciplined outreach
Events, sequences, follow-ups, referrals. You build pipeline methodically, not through high-volume cold calling. Every touchpoint has a purpose and follows a structure.
Work within a system, not under a manager
You will not have a traditional line manager who assigns tasks and checks your work. Instead, you work within a system: experienced sales leadership sets direction and coaches you on deals. Dedicated coordinators translate company strategy into projects, priorities, and processes. Daily standups, structured feedback, and visible accountability replace hierarchy. You need to thrive in this, not despite it.
Use AI as your daily execution engine
AI structures your working day. Task management, deal coaching, research, outreach preparation, CRM hygiene: these are AI-supported workflows, not manual chores. You do not use AI occasionally; it is how you work. You are expected to build and improve your own AI workflows from day one.
Scope and expectations
You work closely with sales leadership (including founders) and coordinators who own sales operations, processes, and strategy execution. There is no buffer between you and the people who run the company. This is a feature, not a bug. What you work on will evolve. Customer segments, deal sizes, go-to-market activities: all of these shift as the company grows and as you prove what you can do. The constant is ownership: you are expected to deliver results, not to manage a fixed job description.
What You Bring
You have recently completed a degree or are very early in your career. What matters is not your CV length but how you think and work. First B2B experience (internship, working student, first full-time role) is a plus, but not required.
You are curious about enterprise software and how businesses buy technology. You want to understand complex, regulated industries, not because you already know them, but because the complexity attracts you.
You work with AI daily. Not "I have tried ChatGPT." You have built workflows, automated parts of your routine, used AI to research or structure work. If you need to be taught what AI can do for you, this is not the right role.
English at C1 to C2 level is required.
German is a significant advantage. Additional languages, particularly Spanish, French, or Dutch, are genuinely valued and will expand what you can do here. Multilingual candidates stand out.
You start executing at 30% clarity. You take feedback without taking it personally.
