Backed by top-tier investors (Earlybird, b2venture) and growing faster than a dad joke at a Monday all-hands, we're hiring Associate Account Executives (f/m/d) who bring first B2B SaaS sales experience, methodology, and the drive to build pipeline and close deals in a system that runs on AI and structured playbooks.
What You Will Do
Own deals across the portfolio
You run deals end to end across product lines and customer segments. Deal complexity varies; your role in each deal scales with your capability and the opportunity. There is no ceiling written into this role. You are not waiting for someone to hand you a qualified pipeline; you build and progress it yourself.
Sell into our core customer segments
You sell into our core customer segments internationally. The depth here is real: complex organisations, multi-stakeholder decisions, long-term account potential. Your focus is on building pipeline, closing deals, and growing revenue within the markets where we compete. Opening entirely new verticals or industries is not part of this role. Strategic market expansion beyond our ICP is driven at founder level.
Sell with methodology, not just relationships
You sell with structure and methodology. You can articulate how you run a deal, why you qualify the way you do, and what your process looks like. The specific framework matters less than the discipline behind it. If your sales experience is primarily relationship-based, this is not the right fit.
Build pipeline through multi-channel execution
Events, outbound sequences, partner referrals, inbound qualification. You build pipeline across channels and you do it consistently. Pipeline discipline is not a quarterly push; it is your weekly rhythm.
Navigate a system built for speed, not hierarchy
You work within a structure where experienced sales leadership sets direction and coaches on deal strategy. Coordinators own process, reporting, and operational excellence. Founders are involved in strategic deals. Daily standups, deal reviews, and visible accountability replace traditional management layers. You need to perform in this system, not wait for someone to tell you what to do next.
Use AI as your operating layer
AI is embedded in your daily workflow: deal strategies, research, outreach, CRM, coaching feedback loops. You are expected to actively use and improve AI-supported processes. This is not optional or aspirational; it is how the team operates.
Scope and expectations
You work within a structure of sales leadership, coordinators, and founders. There is no single line manager and no buffer. You will receive direct, frequent feedback, and you are expected to act on it. What you work on will evolve. Product lines, customer segments, deal sizes, go-to-market activities: all of these shift as the company grows and as you prove what you can do. The constant is ownership: you are expected to deliver results, not to manage a fixed job description. Commercial targets include pipeline generation, deal progression, and closed revenue. You own your numbers.
What You Bring
B2B SaaS sales experience. You have sold to businesses, not consumers.
You have worked at a startup or scaleup. You know what it means to sell without a fully built marketing engine, without a large SDR team feeding you leads. If your entire career has been at large corporates with established sales infrastructure, this role will not suit you.
You sell with structure and methodology. You can name your approach, explain how you use it, and show how it shapes your deal execution.
You work with AI daily. Concrete workflows, self-built processes, active use in deal execution.
English at C1 to C2 level is required. German is a significant advantage. Additional languages (Spanish, French, Dutch) expand your international reach and are genuinely valued. Multilingual candidates stand out.
You have startup energy. You start at 30% clarity, you iterate fast, you own your mistakes, and you do not need someone to smooth things over for you.
