Your mission
What you will do
- Lead Core GTM & Marketing Operations: Take full ownership of key growth channels such as creating content & website, campaigns, events, and digital marketing and leverage high-impact initiatives such as webinars, and events. You’ll build scalable, measurable marketing processes and ensure tight alignment between marketing and sales to maximize pipeline conversion.
- Define & Execute Inbound Strategy: Own and evolve Certivity’s inbound marketing approach to support our goal of raising inbound-driven revenue. From SEO to thought leadership to community building, you’ll craft and execute campaigns that attract, educate, and convert high-quality leads. You’ll monitor performance metrics and translate insights into action.
- Build Relationships: Position our customers and industry experts as the heroes of the Certivity story. You’ll help nurture our growing ecosystem driving customer-led storytelling, testimonials, and references while serving as the connective tissue between GTM, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
- Manage Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships: Take ownership of Certivity’s relationships with toolchain and integration partners like Jama, PTC, Siemens, and others. You'll drive co-marketing initiatives, identify joint GTM opportunities, and ensure that Certivity is positioned as a value-adding partner across the compliance and engineering tooling ecosystem.
- Build the Certivity Brand: Position Certivity as the thought leader in AI-driven product compliance. You’ll shape our narrative around regulatory intelligence, future-proof engineering, and cost-efficient compliance operations, especially in verticals where trust, expertise, and differentiation are critical. Your work will help build a vibrant, respected, and trusted brand.
Your profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Performance Marketing, Business Development, or similar roles — ideally in a startup, B2B SaaS, or highly dynamic environment.
- Track record in designing campaigns, running experiments, and scaling marketing activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, understand funnel metrics, and make informed decisions.
- Experience collaborating with customers or partners and communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication in German (C1) and English (C1) with excellent written and interpersonal skills.
- Readiness to travel to attend trade fairs and represent the company.
