About the Job
We are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused AI Product Manager to join the Certivity team. In this role, you will own the definition, delivery, and iteration of AI features across Certivity’s customer platform and regulation data platform.
You will report directly to the CPO, work closely with the Head of AI, and collaborate with technical leads, and senior AI/ML engineers to build AI-first experiences for Certivity’s regulatory experts and enterprise customers.
Your mission
  • Become a driving force, turning cutting-edge AI into tangible customer-facing features.
  • Shape the next generation of AI-assisted regulatory work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Work closely with leadership and senior technical talent while owning meaningful product outcomes.
  • Your decisions will directly impact velocity, customer value, and AI strategy across two core products.
What you will do
  • Bring the customer’s voice into AI feature design and prioritization. Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and pressure-test ideas.
  • Drive AI feature development from discovery to launch: problem definition, spec writing, prototyping, delivery, measurement, iteration.
  • Define success criteria and evaluation metrics for AI features - including test scenarios, realistic benchmarks, and robustness criteria.
  • Build quick prototypes yourself, using AI coding tools to validate ideas early.
  • Maintain strong momentum with frequent internal demos, POCs, and rapid customer feedback cycles.
  • Work closely with the CPO, CTO, Head of AI, CEO, and platform PMs to ensure tight alignment across teams and roadmaps.
  • Manage the AI backlog in collaboration with the Head of AI and software engineers.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and authoritatively, even under direct or challenging feedback from leadership or customers.
Your profile
  • M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field, or an MBA with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in SaaS or technology consulting, including 2 years in a product management, consulting or customer success role.
  • Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-first features (LLM-based, NLP, retrieval, automation, or similar).
  • Able to build quick prototypes (using AI-first IDEs, CLI agents, or low-code AI tools).
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM behaviour and evaluation methods.
  • Strong bias toward action and rapid iteration - gets things moving, not stuck.
  • Confident and steady under pressure, an authoritative communicator who can drive decisions and align multiple teams.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
