As part of our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success, working directly with our founders (Niklas and Florian) and collaborating closely with our experts (Sebastian, Henry and Max) in design, manufacturing, techno-economical analysis, and more.
Your primary focus will lie on optimizing our plant's overall cost structure and performance, ensuring that we not only possess cutting-edge technology but also the best-in-class pumps, compressors, centrifuges, conveyor belts, pipes, fittings, and containers. You'll have the autonomy to define your approach and make strategic decisions, with your success will be measured by tangible results.

Your first 12 months in the role: expectations and deliverables.
Months 0-3:
Update our PFDs and PIDs of pilot plants, research plants and commercial plant projects
Update component- / part- list to budget plants and feed Techno Economical Analysis
Research plant components and suppliers for current needs
Months 3-6:
Build strategic relationships with component providers to allow us to increase the speed at wich we operate
Research and validate approval processes for plants in operation regions (together with partners)
Manage sourcing projects for strategic components & take full budget ownership
Months 6-12:
Be the go-to-person in our organization for the overall plant development (outside of core technology)
Manage plant development projects across research and commercial projects
